Blake, Can Furnet

Located in the secure urbanization of Can Furnet, Villa Blake is a true eye catcher inside and out. From a location point of view, the house is situated very centrally. The pretty village of Jesus is only a 5 minute drive and it takes about 10 minutes to Ibiza Town. The villa has been completely renovated and finalized in 2020 and is therefore completely brand new! This lovely family home is a mixture of the true Ibiza feeling with a twist. Eye for detail and a great deal of effort has been made to combine Ibiza, modern interior and the best appliances.

The saltwater pool (4x11) is surrounded by sun beds and a large double sun lounger. There are several areas to relax and chill out, and amongst them there is a covered outside dining table seating 10 with BBQ. For the little ones there is a trampoline and grass field to play around.

The complete new kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as induction plates from Miele, Nespresso, 2 fridge freezer combo's and 2 dishwashers. Next to that there is a lovely bar to enjoy breakfast in the morning. From the kitchen with glass sliding doors there is an open dining area with a dining table seating 8. The comfortable living room is adherent and decorated with eye for detail. Blake is featured with 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds and 4 en suite bathrooms with rain showers, of which 2 with additional comfortable bath tubs. 

The house benefits from 2 hot water boilers and solar panels which result in the (unusual for Ibiza) fact that there is always hot water! Next to that there is floor heating in all bathrooms and a retro fire place in the living room, which makes the house perfectly suitable for the colder evenings during low season. All rooms are equipped with airconditioning based on water, thus there will be no dry air. Throughout the entire in- and outside of the house one can play favorite tunes on Sonos.

An additional studio can be found with separate entrance, double bed, kitchenette and bathroom en suite. Parking is available up to 3 cars. Please note that there is construction work in the area.
